A European court ruled that google should hold resonsiblr for personal data found throught their searches.Google response includes three parts:
1.remove the search result exactly for the individual's name
2.remove only happen when a European version google is used & remove with an alert
3.notification will be sent to the publisher of the aricle whhich is blocked as a result of the request and this has triggered the most drastic results.

Speed3 03:02
Google may be deliberately undermining the ruling. All three parts of their responses contribute to this view which was put by Peston the jornalist for the

BBC.

Speed4 04:14
Google's response is in line with the law -- but it looks far worse than it is.
This whole affair demonstrates the huge power that Google already wields. Because, ultimately, it is Google carrying out this "censorship," not the court.
A well-executed reform will benefit every one.

Speed5 03:24
Tthe police cannot read through the cellphone taken from someone they arrest without first obtaining a warrant

Speed6 02:45
Ppl have different views on how significant the privacy interest is.

Obstacle:
this is a rather long article about privacy--not on a political sence but about the inner privacy.the passage is riddled with stories excerpted from the “

Mrs. Dalloway,”.The author also added some own opinion in the end.

Time 3 3’34’’
Google insists it is simply complying with the relevant articles in the European court of justice’s ruling
Time 4 3’30’’
A well-executed reform, more limited and more appropriate version of the right to be forgotten could be the untimate solution here.

1'42'' Some European people found that their personal information is available on internet because some third parties provided these information. So they ask the search engines to remove these information. However, these information has not been totally removed.

3'18'' The European Court of Justice's ruling brings some negative effect to users and journalists. The announcement of some web pages have been censored makes users and journalists felt censored.

3'30'' Google is trying to find the solution to implement the effect of the censorship. The blocked information is still available because only the key words are censored but not the material.

4'42'' Smart phone differs from the old pocket thus the police has not right to check one's smart phone without warrant.

6'24'' Smart phone can not be checked before first warrant.
