2.create people think they are not talent because they wasn't value in school
3.degree equals a job.However,as the inflation of education,degree doesn't mean anything now.
New system should be:

The perception level of employer towards online education is shifting. HR said there is no difference between traditional university and online university if the two candidates have the same professional experience. However, when recruiting, they hardly prefer online education.
