疑问：
1，根据曼哈顿第90页的下方解释，V.ing用法是既修饰动词又跟被修饰的动词的主语有逻辑关系，在B中，earning的主语可以看做是 the pilot JC，JC earn 这个逻辑为什么不对？为什么OG解释说record 是earn的主语？

2，我理解为 V.ing在这里是P held seventeen official nationaln ad international speed records 这个动作的一个伴随结果或者是一个伴随动作，为什么V.ing在这里这么解释不通?
