require sth on sth这是什么用法？等于require sth adj吗，注意这里require只能是“要求”，而不是“需要”，如果A选项是protects的话，B选项和A选项等效吗，还是说B选项更简洁呢

A选项改成protects，我个人还是会选B
可能B选项更为简洁
但是在句意理解的情况下，我个人倾向于is protecting 优于protects

这里require on 不是什么固定搭配
只不过是 devices on shrimp nets 而已
devices 放在shrimp nets上的意思
