In British English, you can often use should in place of a Command Subjunctive. Never do so on theGMAT, which is based on American English.

我觉得，虽然OG提到了should是多余的这个错误，但我认为这不是最主要的错误，这道题最主要的问题在于并列错误！

should用在虚拟语气里面比多了

dictate , stipulate,

接不定式的有
allow, forbid, persuade, want, advise;

即接不定式又接虚拟的有
order, refer, urge, require, ask, bey, intend,

特别注意whether不加虚拟语气
