答案是D，我是对c中and前后in which和which的parallism有疑问，这里的这两个是parallism的么？曼哈顿上有：I want to retire to a place where I can relax and where I pay low taxes. 以及 There are many people who speak English but whose parents do not. 这里C选项从这个角度该怎么分析呢？谢谢！

Og13-133海龟那道，正确选项B中requiring turtle-excluder devices on shrimp nets is protecting ,这里require 用法没问题么？require不是只有两种We require that he be here和We require him to be here.

答案是D.没错，因为读了句子ABC没有主句谓语动词，秒死。
E中allow the warm water accumulating in the western Pacific to flow back to the east有固定搭配的歧义。因为有两种结构：
1、用的是allow sb doing sth.此处doing=accumulating
2、用的是allow sb to do sth.此处sb=water accumulating in the western Pacific
两句逻辑意思完全不同：第一种是allow accumulating，而第二种是allow to flow back
D把water后面改成定语从句避免了这个问题。

C选项只看平行的话，in which and which是可以平行的，而且一定是平行的，不然不能用and

requiring turtle-excluder devices on shrimp nets is protecting 很明显turtle-excluder devices on shrimp nets is protecting 是require的宾语从句（宾从that可以省略）。

你给出的是宾从虚拟语气的例句，但没人有规定require后面必须用虚拟语气啊！

如果是宾从的话那on前面不是没有be动词了么？

没带OG，重新看了一下整句，我刚才说的是错误的，不是省略that的宾从，就是require sth,require本身就是及物动词。

谢谢！require还有上面e选项的解释很清楚，e我都没有想到allow也有歧义，只不过对那个which平行还是有疑问，excel千行里dukb写了“两个which并列修饰phenomenon不合逻辑”这边还是不明白？以前有对which平行的讨论么？有参考链接吗？

是不合逻辑，但不是语法错误。
因为按照正确答案的理解，allow to do是 changes in the ocean and atmosphere combine in a phenomenon的目的，逻辑主语是changes。
但如果按照C中并列的理解，就变成allow的主语是 a phenomenon了。严重的改变了句子的逻辑意思。这不就是“不合逻辑”嘛。
