Government funding may be one of the crucial factors, nevertheless, whether or not the government invest a great amount of money and make it accesible to all people should be doubted and requires further analysis. But at least, the integrity of the arts, in my own opinion, will not be marred due to government funding. Complex interplay within financial operation of the government, though, may give rise to a couple of problems. By and large, government funding bear no relation with the integrity of the arts.

At the first glance, government funding seems could provide significant infusion of energy for the arts, whereas this is not a must. I believe whether the condition of the arts could be thrived and therefore flourish has nothing to do with government funding. There are something far more important than governement funding when it comes to the necessity of flourishing of the arts.
