The tourists are visiting for the purpose of seeing the rhinoceroses; purpose is expressed by using to, not and. Since their could refer to either tourists or rhinoceroses, animals' horns is needed to avoid the ludicrous suggestion that the visitors' horns are being trimmed. The verb following after should be the present-perfect have been trimmed to reflect that the trimming must occur before the tourists arrive.

A    And see should be to see; their is ambiguous; are should be have been.
B    One is ambiguous; their clearly and absurdly refers to touristy, are should be have been.
C    Correct. In this sentence, to correctly precedes see; it is clear that the horns belong to the animals; and have been is the correct tense following once.
D    And see should be to see; are should be have been.

两个问题：whether后面可以只写一种情况吗？这里就只写了visitors来的情况，不用加一个or not吗？have been和are的问题，OG说为了表示trimme这个动作在visit 前，但visit的时态在文中不是will visit吗？原文是will continue to visit，所以这里的visit就是指将来的动作呀，这样的话are trimmed就可以表示在will visit之前了。
我的理解一定是有知识的漏洞的，还请求各位帮忙指出，谢谢了～

首选排除DE, GMAT不用if表示“是否”，if只引导条件状语从句表“如果”。
B选项中，their指代歧义，本分句中their前的复数名词只有tourists ：tourists 来看什么东西在他们（tourists ）的角被去了之后？而且one显然是想代指rhinoceroses，但是后面用了their，one与their单复数不一致。
剩下AC:，暂且不考虑用the animals' horns比their horns指代更明确。咱们看时态：once引导条件状语从句时，主句用一般将来时，从句用一般现在时。但是此时once从句中一般现在时表示的是“将来时”的意思，A will happen once B happens. 只要B发生了，A也一定会发生。强调的是：一起发生，并没有先后顺序的意思。虽然看起来A是will happen,B是happens，那是once引导条件状语从句对从句时态的硬性要求，并不代表B一定发生在A前面。这种硬性规定就好比虚拟语气is用were过去时，并不代表真的是“过去”的意思一样。
如果改成A will happen once B has happened. 意思就是：只要B发生完了，A一定会发生。这样，A和B的发生顺序就明确了。
还有，A选项中whether tourists will continue to visit game parks and see rhinoceroses有两种可能的句子结构：
1.whether tourists will continue to visit game parks and see rhinoceroses，will continue to visit和see并列，但这显然不对，肯定要先visit再看；
2. whether tourists will continue to visit game parks and （will）see rhinoceroses，这个比上一个好一些，现在continue to visit和see并列了，continue to visit和see同时发生，勉强可以。
但与C相比whether tourists will continue to visit game parks to see rhinoceroses，to see不定式表示continue to visit 的目的，显然更好，更符合逻辑。

最后，whether后面可以只写一种情况吗？不用加一个or not吗？
答：可以。
1) 在引导宾从的时候只能够用whether，而不能加or not，否则累赘
2) 在引导状从的时候必须加上or not，即whether or not
你感觉此句中whether引导宾从还是状从？

你这漏洞不小，这道题可以排除的点比较多，不难，建议加强SC部分练习。
