I don't think the so call "uncertainty" equals the fatalism. Acutally, it is really a marathon. No ...
[sorry no chinese keyboard]
with reference to similar case as Oxford and Yale, I am not as optimistic as you in the speed of the process of reverse in ranking. (and ranking is not everything, though very important for MBA)
they are both really great names (for sure), and both had a relativly new MBA (both start in the 90's), and both leverage it, somehow quite much on the reputation on the university. What we can see now is, after 15-20 years, Oxford is lagged behind LBS for MBA (with a clear gap even Oxford is one of the best two in UK), and Yale is in the top 15, but far from top 7 group (in which their general reputation is definitly in).
base on what as far as i know (how they operate general business program like bba global business, and more academic program like bsc qfin, and mecon), their programme are not as good as those of UST and CUHK, quite inferior indeed. I am not 100% sure if this imply their ablitly of running as MBA is at the same level, but I do believe this is a reasonable doubt that they are not yet really up to standard in so. <--- basically I am not confident in their ablitiy of running programs from other flagship program they run at different academic level.
[not good enough business support for business program, and not solid program structure for academic program - first one is quite from friend's experience, second one may verify from course structure and outline]
