I think most of your opinions have reasons.
Yet, I also doubt your idea: 冷门行业/新兴行业>general management=consulting=PE/VC>IBD=四大>NPO。
Because that is not what I saw in my country.

In fact, the applicants from NPO are very rare in my country, but I knew many of them had great success in their application for MBA (S16).

May I ask what your country is, dude?
Diversity has nothing to do with whether your background is unfavorable or not, or whether you belong to minority industries.
Later on I will put on a poster explaining what the diveristy stands for.
