speaker: the speaker shares us her opinion about sexual preference on gender. According to her own experiences, she believes that there's a large group of people who are grey. In other words, they are not either 100% straight nor gay. However, this fact is not widely accepted in the public and these people are not equally treated. So the speaker starts a program to take photographs of these people. Up to now, she has traveled to more than 20 cities and has taken more than 2000 pictures. She wants people to know that although these people may have different and complex gender preference, they are ordinary people like us.

哈哈,我也不过随便说说而已。阅读嘛,分享分享读后感而已。说实话不知道why gay issue会这么热,不过唯一肯定的我身体里雄性荷尔蒙还是压倒性的

Speaker
The speaker tried to be a boy when she was young. Her father told her to identify herself when she told him that she fell in love with a girl. She underwent a lot of difficulties because she was a homosexual.
She made a movie containing several photo to show her idea.

The author favors gay-marriage and he and his boss have different opinions about the gay.
The author also shows us that an individual's position on the policy question turns out to be a flawed proxy for his  attitude toward same-sex marriage.

Some supporters of gay-marriage rejected E by not using the FireFox browser
He makes some commitments to M' employees.

BE 's behavior surprised Chairwoman MB and she thinks the resignation is needed.
The premise of BE's donation is his conduct of professional realm.
But the author think that If that attitude spreads, it will damage our society,since the political and professional realm are inseparated.

E's forced resignation has nothing to do with his work ability but he infringes the belief of equality.
However, the reasoning of resignation is illogical since the equality is not necessary for meaningful speech.
M want to show its diversity and inclusiveness but it not welcomes everyone.

The author feels sorry for BE and his forced resignation and the author thought it is an ugly, illiberal footnote, appended by the winners.

The passage first points out that business world are ongoing a culture war that reflects the company's image and deters prejudice ad to attract customers.
Then, the author introduced ad of Honey Maid and indicates that the success of the ad is attribute to the involvement of family and wholesome culture.
Moreover, the author shows some other cases included COCO-COLA to suggest that the use of family culture in ad is an indicator of success.
At last ,however, the author showed Honey Maid' impact and some concerns about the gay.
The author concludes that being good for business gets us only so far
