Researchers in Penn University did an exeprienment on mice and looked into mice sleep at mornal time,mice stay 3 hours later than normal ones, mice with a night-shift schadule. Although all the mice could get as much sleep as they wanted during the nights, researchers found that the level of one substaince rose in mice with 3 hours' sleep loss .This substaince can reduce the amount of ROS.
