Recruiters rarely look at ranks. That is, just because school X advanced a few spots in certain ranking doesn't mean companies will recruit more at X. Except for the core schools (M7, that is), recruiters have a list of schools they go to year after year depending on their business demands and needs. They know what and where they will look for their cohort of MBA hires.
This is not to say ranking is not important. However, it's obvious that the top 20 rarely change in any ranking. What changes is the relative rank of a particular school. And what really matters is how the school fits in your overall career plan.
