托福95-99拿申的最好学校？

According to your target schools (Top-80), I think your score is pretty enough for certain schools (ex: BU's limitation is 95.) Yet, T under 100 is really a hard obstacle for you to apply most schools.

I do know some people who did not hold T over 100 but still got offers from Top-80 B-schools with $$.

but i didn't apply for BU, I applied for unic, Maryland,fordham,msu,gwu and so on, but haven't got any good news, do you think there is any chance for me to get an offer according to the information now you have gotten, thanks

Hi, I think your situation really depends.

For instance, uiuc said: http://www.mba.illinois.edu/admissions/faq.aspx#question2; you must take certain courses/tests before the real semester starts. And I also heart some people got interview invitations from uiuc with T under 100.

Since I am just an applicant as well, I do not have enough information about all schools you mentioned above. Just offer some information for you to take into consideration.

很多学校说100分其实都可以申的，要求他们解释都是说我们看package，并没有硬性要求，所以30-50名的学校都可以看看的，比如明尼苏达大学
