这是落学无声妹妹的提问，拿来放在一起，方便讨论

1.C和E的区别是C中用了分词modenizing，表示动作，modenizing……to be completeded 不对？而E中加了个同位语，a programme 就变成了项目be completed

2.hopfully 和it is hoped 有什么区别？

有关hopefully的用法，by是这样解释的：hopefully在口语中有两个意思，充满希望的和人们希望的，在书面语中为了保证意思的单一性，一般不使用hopefully。

我想知道，如果按照by的解释，b选现除了hopefully这个问题就没有其他问题了

而且e选项看起来很不工整，结构太零散的说

hopefully 是口语，it is hoped 是书面语。

C. Modernizing the steel mill, hopefully to be completed in the late 1980’s, will cost approximately 51 million dollars.

即使将 hopefully 换为 it is hoped 也不对。it 指代上文整个Modernizing the steel mill是不对的，it 只能指代单数名词，即 steel mill 或 modernizing. 所以还有指代不清晰之嫌。

E. 在定语从句中断句加入插入语，所以显得结构零散。

我的搜索方法也比较麻烦，就在搜索框中只键入题好，如45，然后从搜索出来的，一大堆带45的题目中，找出大全45或　天山45.不知有没什么更直接的方法。
