Take the AICPA. By all means. Any good qualification you can add to your repertoire will for sure help you out when it comes time to conduct your job search. But just as important will be your network you build at the school, and the internship you take. So when you go concentrate on both to make sure you have the best possible chances when you come out.

UCSD is knowing for science and technology! But if u plan to focus on accounting after b school, Rochester would really give u a leverage. Weather can't be beat in Cali, but if u need to think about working visa issues after b school, competition is more fierce especially u are competing with the likes of UCLA, Berkeley, Stanford, and USC.
