求教~请问OG13中第10题~！

先谢过大家啦，我在把曼哈顿相关章节看完后做练习，OG13的第10题的 D, E 选项解释不是很理解……
D. the beginning of the universe to have been……   解释说begnning 是修饰的expanding, 是从哪里看出来的呢？ to have been 有错吗？
E. to have begun 和 has been expanding 解释都是修饰 universe, 所以他们是平行结构，这个理解。 但原文确实是用的 and 来连接平行的，是哪里有问题呢？

D选项错在expanding修饰对象错误，肯定只有universe才能做expand的对象，但是D选项中，universe处于修饰附属位置。动名词一般用于修饰主语而不是附属

E选项的时态有问题，explosive应该是发生在一个时间点，所以简单的过去时态就很ok了，用不着完成时态吧。再说hold sth to do 这个搭配感觉很怪异的说

关于E选项，OG给的解释是
The verb phrases '' to have begun '' and '' has been expanding '' both reference the same subject of the clause, '' universe '', and therefor need to be parallel.
但是E原句里面有 and，所以我不清楚他说的 parallel 那里有问题……

官方解释的意思是，既然用了and来连接，那么要么前后都用不定式，要么都用从句

可以帮忙解释一下选项一直有提到的 the universe to have begun 吗？
不是很懂这个用法，或者他本来就是错的？不清楚他想表达神马意思……

你误解了OG对E选项的解释，OG是想说have begun 和 has been expanding指的都是universe ，所以应该是have begun 和has been expanding 的并列。而E选项中，错误的取消了从句使得has been expanding 的主语变成了big bang theory ，全句的意思就错了，所以不能选E。
