搞不懂为什么这个句子为什么用would be,难道是虚拟，和现在情况相反，为什么不能用will be rated?
If a does, B will happen,表示条件，感觉句意也是对的啊

一开始我也想问这个来着，后来看你说的再看看正确选项觉得，应该是20/500是推测的数据，不会真正去测婴儿的视力，所以是没发生的，所以用虚拟would。后一个would应该也是虚拟吧——如果是一个成人有这样的视力，会被认为差不多等于瞎了。我是这么觉着的，欢迎指正~
