Well, a lot will depend on your work experience – what you have done, where you have worked, how much leadership you have, as well as your undergraduate studies. Your GMAT is normally a bit too low for top 10 programs (a 710+ would be far better), but if your WE is exceptionally strong and you have exceptional grades and exceptional volunteer work, you may be able to overcome this. If not, then you might want to think about retaking the GMAT so you will be more competitive.
