有申请Penn State MAcc的同学吗？？有关TOEFL Waive的问题求助！！！

Penn State Macc program到底能不能waive TOEFL啊 在他家网上找的说“the TOEFL requirement is not waived under any circumstances. All international students are required to submit a TOEFL score, unless they have already received their bachelor's degree in the U.S.”
大家有没有知道的到底可不可以waive啊 啊啊啊~~~

这个是挺奇怪的。我觉得你最好把你的情况发给 Dr. Scott Collins 问一下能不能waive。

祝好运。这个项目还是挺好的。收的人比较少，所以早点申请比较好。

楼主我刚刚看到 就在penn state申请页面那里
International applicants are exempt from the TOEFL/IELTS requirement who have received a baccalaureate or a graduate degree from a college/university/institution in any of the following: Australia, Belize, British Caribbean and British West Indies, Canada (except Quebec), England, Guyana, Republic of Ireland, Liberia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Scotland, the United States, and Wales.

这个是除非你已经毕业拿到degree了 现在还在读的不能waive
