Hi my friend, and thanks for your question! Your biggest advantage is that you have an extremely high GPA – almost perfect! – which is very impressive. Even though your GMAT is less than competitive, you still have a good chance of getting into JHU. Your work-related experience will also make a big difference in your application. In your essays, I would suggest that you emphasize your strong learning skills as well as your capability to make things happen in the real world. Recount some of your most impressive on-the-job stories. In addition to your strong GPA, great essays will help your chances of admission even more. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much, I didn't apply Rochester and CaseWestern Because of my low GMAT...Now I am going to apply JHU....
