I dont think it is just because you are lucky.  I can only conculde that your file is too strong to be rejected.

During my meeting with Ella, I asked questions while Ella gave answers.  So I am looking forward to an interview in which I will have to answer tough questions...

GT-Mars, thank you. but your compliments make me nowhere! I believe that my profile is just above average. Like all other tipical Chinese applicant, I have a reasonable solid GMAT(740, 5.5), just so so TOEFL(610, 5.0), above par working experience of 6-7years, with a major in accounting and my GPA is relatively low(3.0). What I am particularly proud of is not these statistics, but I actively participated in four different NPO organisations as either members or volunteers with a warm heart to service the poor. So I believe that is my selling point.

rainmaker, congratulations! As we are now classmates, shall we share information and make friends here? If you are interested, contact me at thomas_lu7496(A) hotmail.com.

thomas2007: You did have a distinctive strength in your background.  Social services are a typical weak area for Chinese applicant.

davidcopper: Please refer to the website http://www.thinkivey.com/ for class visit information.

欢迎来加拿大。

你会很快地厌恶这个地方,然后再慢慢地,不知不觉地喜欢上它。

Thanks a lot. I think I arleady love this country pretty much when I first landed in Vancouver in 2003. Now I am going to fly to London to resume my second life in Canada and to start a new charter there. Wish me good luck!

sorry to hold an opposite view against yours, but I really feel that Canada is country that has little to brag about, except for its chilly weather. Besides, the newly released FT rankings put Ivey far behind Rotman and Schulich, and even CEIBS, largely hurting potential candidates' confidence in this once-dominant school. So please be careful about your investment!!!
