I got that information from the 2003-2005 Simon Mgt programs catalog mailed to me last year. It is called Dean's scholarship and is highly competitive. But things may be changing. Just try it if you like.

basically, i agree with you. But I think that is the case for most B-Schools. What schools are you looking at? Do they give most FA to international students?

I can tell you for sure, there is none for Chinese students last year. the upmost Chinese can get, in most cases, is 40% tuition waiver.
