I think there is nothing wrong with the use of "with" in B. I think B is wrong because of the redundent diction: sufficient enough...

The power can be sufficient or the power can be enough but.... a power that is sufficient enough.... it just doesn't sound right. "Sufficient enough" just sounds like a extremely weak diction choice (even though capable of is weak too).
