I agree with Aileen.

In the past, I would say no way.  However, with the reorganization, everything is uncertain. The whole MSA program will be very different and managed by different people. It could get better or become unattractive.

你是在台湾读本科，如果是的话，一块儿算。

Nope. The official transcript is enough.

我想问一下关于GPA的问题。
因为中国大学对成绩的评定以及绩点的评定都不太一样，ND会对我们提交的成绩单重新评估么？还是直接看你的绩点？

In the past: ND-MSA 重新评估成绩单!!  They would re-calculate GPA to try to get consistent measures across 中国大学.

In the future: No one knows.  

I want to emphasize one thing. After July 1st 2014, the future of ND-MSA is not ours to see.  You simply cannot use the past to evaluate its future. It is completely different.
