我当时排除掉A选项，是因为的曼哈顿第八章中说，除非句子里面有than，否则不要用比较级。但是在这里除了A之后其余几个选项划线部分逗号之后都不平行。
我想请问一下，在没有than的情况下，句子中可以用比较级吗？
求大神指教。

这题和是不是比较级没关系。跟句子本身意思有关。

这题确实和比较级没关系，并不是见到形容词比较级就一定是在比较。看下面这个例子
