People seldom agree with each other that if telephones are more benefit to our life. With the conversation between people becoming more important ,many people think telephone play a more crucial role in our daily life and it is more effective to us. But the fact is opposite. The television can not only provide us various informations, but also be a entertainment. In addition, telephone enable people have conversions, however, abundance of common topics between people are created by watching television. Hence, i can not agree that telephone is more useful to our life.

First,TV is a good source of news.People can obtain the latest news easily form it, and tv make people know what is happening around them. This is which telephone can not offer. And these news make our life more effective. For example, by watch weather forecast, people gain the precise info about weather in next few days and know what sorts of closes should be worn. It make people have no trouble in this aspect. Another good instant is that, recently, there are three astronaut have been sent to the artificial satellite by a rocket. By watching television, all of us can catch the sight of the astronaut who are in the outer space.It is a very exciting thing and make our be proud of my country.

Second,television is a good kind of entertainment. There are variety of shows on TV, such us comedy, soap opera. People can choose a show they really like to make themselves relax. Most of people should work or study all day, when they get home, they would like to watch television to relieve the pressure. And get ready for the next day’s work.So television is effective.

Last but not least, some people may like same shows on TV, so they have a mutual topic when they stay together. In other words, television can shorten the distance between people and increase communication. News and other information we see on the television give us things to discus with our friends and family. For example, probably there is a hot shows on TV, everyone have opinion about this shows, and they want to share their own views with other people.     Many people would have been in this situation, you really want to make friend with a stranger, you must create a open topic. The best conversation between you and he or she is about the TV show or the favorite movie star etc. Thus, there is no denying that TV is very helpful in our social life.

In sum, although telephone is a essential product in our life., it can make us easily have a conversation with others. But we can not say it is more effective than TV. Because TV and television have different functions and are obviously significant to our life.
