跪求WES成绩单认证方法

是否需要认证在读证明这个问题，真是众说纷纭啊。前人有经验不用，但不知今年是否变了。昨晚发了邮件给wes，求他快点回复。到时在这里告诉大家。

      For the credential above, please submit the following:



   We received your verified academic transcript; however, the document does not list courses taken during the final semester. Please have the updated academic transcript verified and sent directly from China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC)

         If you studied abroad please also inform us in writing.

回复了，这真是莫名其妙了，最后一个学期又没有学科，学校的成绩单已经列举了这几年在校所有学科的成绩了。诶，真真莫名其妙了。

我想问下楼主，成绩单认证的报告书如何的？我也在准备弄这个。只是上传扫描件给北京的就可以了嘛？北京一方会把完整的文件寄给WES吗？
