个人观点啊：我觉得选A，是吗？
表达是否的时候，应该用whether,所以B中的IF不对，it的指代也有问题吧
whether宾语从句的时候，不能加or not whether作状语从句的时候加or not,所以C不对，而且比较的时候要把to加上，否则会有歧义的，歧义是：health是和appearance比呢还是和it主语比呢？it也不对
D中，if不对，it不对，
E中的concerning 不好，新东方说的，因为concerning 又有动词有可以表示介词，有歧义的，所新东方说：gmat很少用concerning..
