投行的Treasury Operations岗位怎么样？

如题，这个岗位隶属于Operations，但由于涉及Treasury，不知道值不值一试？

Principal Responsibilities:

• Work with the Treasury cash managers to meet the firm’s short/long term funding requirement all bank accounts in China; monitor day-to-day cash receipts and payments in a stringent regulatory environment.  The successful candidate will have an opportunity to become an expert in Treasury Operations in a securities broker in China and gain exposure to other markets in Asia Pacific
• Minimize financial, reputational and regulatory risk to the firm and its clients
• Analyze and resolve exceptions, escalate risk items to management and the business
• Partner closely with the broad federation and business to support the new business initiatives in China
• Support the firm's growing bank account portfolio in China
• Support the regional and global treasury Ops strategic project initiatives
• Manage compliance and anti-money laundering risks

总觉得挺悬乎的，会不会是出纳性质的岗位，就是名字好听一点罢了？

Treasury Operations’ Cash Management function manages short term liquidity by forecasting the firm’s daily cash requirements. Reconciliation function ensures that all cash flows are reflected accurately between internal books and records and external bank accounts.  The team also partners with various agent banks to secure and manage the intraday liquidity to facilitate the successful cash settlement across all products/markets for the firm. Additional responsibilities include facilitating short/long-term borrowing, investing excess cash balance in short-term money market instruments.

就是搞拆借的，多了钱就拆出去，少了钱就借进来，这是在大陆的岗位吗

我曾经在大投行这个部门作过一段时间
大部分时候是重复劳动,operation嘛，和市场接触很少的。但是这个算是operation里面比较高端的活，所以钱也比较多，而且压力和工作量也相对来说比较大。
这个工作还是有点tricky的，长远来看其实并不利于career发展，毕竟你对市场了解有限，但是短期内（如果你一直做investment banking operation的话那就是长期）压力和工作强度又比较大，还是要考虑清楚的

多谢！我已经收到拒信了，英语口语不行，面试的时候没发挥好
