这个句子Unlike computer skills or other technical skills, there is a disinclination on the part of many people to recognize the degree to which their analytical skills are weak.
前面那个unlike.....  skills..  我们可以看出，这个比较的是那种skill.
但是，这个句子的主语又是人， 逻辑上看，是人 对于这两种skill的看法。
但是，这个句子侧重的是后面，承认他们分析skill弱， 那么，前面那个skill就是Modifier了。 而这个正是修饰人的。
LZ不要这么看有没有改变原句意思。 你要弄明白的不是原句A是不是有修饰啦什么，而是你自己要理清楚原句想要表达的修饰和逻辑关系。
