第二种情况 to both... and to... 如果是这样：to both to... and to...就还是对的  关键还是看both 后面和 and 后面是否是一致的

应该是说所有格的平行勉强ok。但是第二个phrase中的its和后面的另一个its很awkward也很circuitous，然而D没有什么错误，D优于B
