RIGHT:There are many people who speak English but whose parents do not. (page57)
RIGHT: the consult ...
Thanks a lot first,
and i did make a mistake. in the second sentences, we should delete"where there are", kind of bug when i paste it, sorry for that.
first, you can not modifier the same place with two different relative pronouns, namely "where" and " that". I understand for this, but how to explain the first sentences:
* RIGHT:There are many people who speak English but whose parents do not. (page57)
Can we count it as different modifiers(who/whose) to modify the same antecedent(people), or there is something different?
second, "there are comfortable chairs" and "provides free internet access" are not parellel. thanks so much, i ignore this expression.
Thanks again! ;)
