俺面试过，都是常规问题。

主要有下面四大点吧：

1：simon比较prefer finance or IB 的申请者，对consulting背景的人也挺不错的；如果有理工背景也很好（强调quantative的能力）。如果你正好有这样的背景，那么好好准备一下why MBA 和 why simon，绝对会给你加分

2：将来的career path。非常重要。其实任何商学院都挺势力的，他们招学生的时候考虑的就是：两年后这个申请者能否成功被job market接受。最好告诉interviewer你有能力自我销售出去（虽然你心里一百个在说我将来靠的可是学校的career center呀）

3：如何finance自己。这是个头疼的问题。说有钱吧，可能simon会给你较少的奖学金；说没钱吧，说不定simon又在犹豫要不要接受你。这个问题好好想想，再回答。

4：对学校的兴趣！兴趣甚至比能力重要！！

I got some very general questions, such as why MBA, why Now, Why Simon, what can you contribute to Simon. Short introduction of yourself. what's your career plan after graduate.

You don't need to recite what you have written. You may just sit in front of computer and make a word document on the computer screen.

During your interview, you might not have enough time to read all you wrote and speak them out. (Even if you have enough time, this way will make your speaking english quite bookish.)   So just write down some headlines on the computer, and highlight some sentences which you want to read out over telephone to the interviewer.

Take it easy, Rochester interview is the easist interview I have ever conducted.  Just be relax and be confident. The lady interviewed me is quite nice, like all interviews. If your speaking english is very good, try to make some jokes with them, as I did.  My feeling with Rochester interview is just like chat with a friend for 30 mins.
