and particularly of是个很好的排除点，其他都没有of，光这一点就可以选出A。这里存在一个平行省略，应该是and particularly (consumption)of red wine.

C项也有of,答案说这里不平行，我觉得moderate alcohol consumption, particularly（ consumption） of red wine，平行呐。。。。请教~

一个是形容词+名词结构，一个是of结构，怎么会平行，一个中心词是consumption，另一个是red wine，平行的是alcohol和redwine才对嘛

我觉得OG解释的很清楚啊，B中最大的漏洞是particularly red wine，这词放在alcohol consumption后面会产生red wine修饰consumption，这是不好的，而A的表述就没有任何歧义。
