想请教一下，如果but前面连接词没有逗号，是不是就应该是主语一致，后面一个主语就该省略呢？

1.but, and如果后面的主语和前面的主语一样，那么后面的主语省略，but,and前面不要逗号。

2.but, and后面的主语和前面不一样呢，要有逗号。（除了在从句中！OG里面有这样的例子，就是一个because从句里面，SOV, because A did and B did。这里and前面可以不用逗号）

还是没看明白为什么c选项没谓语，有哪位帮我解答下吗？

LS 的MM，C 选项   Galileo, even though he had not invented the telescope, on hearing, in1609, that such an optical instrument had been made, he 绿色荧光部分是完整的从句，这里就不说了，剩下了 Galileo,...,he...  he 和后面 quickly built 是一个完整的句子，剩下前面一个 Galileo 没谓语搭配。

我觉得C应该是：[bgcolor=#ffffff]on hearing that 是分词作状语，省略主语，并且其主语为主句的主语，所以G ,...，on hearing that..错。[/bgcolor]
