如果在美国的四大，我愿意做auditing。在中国的四大，我更愿意做税和transferring price。这样够细致吗？

嗯，如果是美本会计的话，确实没必要再读会计了。
那就MSF呗，因为你都考了GMAT了，经济的话好像都只接受GRE哦。
听说其实四大的Financial Advisory line和各种投行的IBD其实偏好具有会计背景的人才，如果LZ本科会计硕士金融的话，应该是相当好的知识结构。
industry research就是due diligence 吗？
我不是DIY。

PS.如果要推荐的话，我想推荐JHU的MSF。。。
符合LZ的一切要求，top20，大牛校，开设MSF，容易进（你翻翻去年有多少录取汇报是他们家的就知道）。。

看来还要看看其上过JHU MSF的人这专业难不难，太难就怕不能一边考CPA一边上课了。话说国内四大也只有taxation认AICPA的。

Hi my friend, and thanks for your query! I must say that you have some fantastic points in your background: undergrad education in the US, international experience, work-related activities, and rich extracurriculars. However, your GPA is less than competitive, and your GMAT is not quite high enough to make up for your GPA. Don’t get me wrong… It’s a great score, but not dazzlingly high. Thus, your essays will become very important in your application. You need to emphasize your strengths while figuring out ways to compensate for your disadvantages. Ohio State, Florida University, and Michigan might be good options for you. If you can strive for a better GMAT (above 740), it would make a huge difference in your application.
