答案是C，想问一下A为何不对。A的比较对象一个是现在，一个是以前的任何时候，即现在比以前的任何时候更省油。这样理解为何错？？

注意any other 的用法
在对比中，如果后面的大范围中包含前面的小范围，则需要用any other将前面的排除
例：China is larger than any coutries in Europe
    China is large than any other coutries in Asia.
在本题中，后面的in history包含now，所以必须用any other time——————选C

我觉得是比较对象的问题。文中比较的是car，A缺少比较对象those
