请问大家一个问题：2002.08 语法题 发现两处给的答案不一致，迷惑。
The Texas Leg islature selected Vassar Miller_____in 1982,and again in 1988.   (A) was the state's poet laureate
        (B) as the state's poet laureate

        (D) become the state's poet laureate
到底应该选哪个呀？谢谢！！

分析：全句子已经有了主语谓语(selected.). 又select后面可以跟双宾语. 所以后面要加一个名词.故选C
