我的疑问是
A选项中      they错误的原因是不是完全指代了sales of up to one-fourth of its stores？
B选项中     我认为which可以指代its stores没有错误，为啥说which错了呢？
D选项中    on account of 有错误嘛？

还有。。AB选项的时态错误是不是因为前面用了announced,所以从句必须用过去式呢？

简单的回复下：
A，时态错误，和announced不相符，they指代不明，是指代its stores，还是one-fourth of its stores ？还是sales ？

B, which accounted for its poor sales无法与its stores的复数相符。

D,announced to be closing,意思是说Corporation将关闭，on account of poor sales意思没错，但作为状语在这里把句子断开，会造成句子意思错误。

(D) D的主要问题是不是完整句子，anounce后面要加句子。

一般主句和从句的时态要保持一致，除非有特指时间的词出现（比如now,yesterday）

最后，announce属于reporting verb, 最好加that, 但是A有硬伤，所以C是最佳了。
