可不用读了，随着你经验的更多积累，你会对企业各方面有深入认识，到时候如果能转岗市场销售，你会更上一个层次。最终事业上的目的就达到了。

等你到那个阶段，你钱有了，视野也有了，好的emba任你挑。

这个应该是合理的最自然的顺序了。

如果楼主的track record是真的（对不起，HR做久了，对这方面容易采取怀疑态度，因为看起来不reasonable），那么个人认为你在这个阶段终止职业发展去full time读书有些浪费过去的积累，机会成本太高；不若去读part-time或者EMBA。

Great questions… It looks like you have a fantastic job lined up for you, and as CFO you are likely to get a lot of really good leadership experience. I suppose you will be a leading a team? If the company is pretty well sized, and you can manage to beat a 700 (or better yet, 720) on the GMAT, there is no reason why you should not be able to get into a top 15 program.

One more tip for you dude: Try and get some volunteer experience. We see a lot of Chinese candidates with weak volunteer experience, and if you could get some strong experience, it would help you stand out.
