答案说its是指代parasite。 这个是所有格啊，觉得好奇怪，不是说不能指代吗？
另外Manhattan里面不是还说“同一个句子中，it/its指代同一个物，they/them/their指代同一批人”吗？可是这里前面的it指的是schistosomiasis，后面却变成parasite了这样真的可以么？？？？？？
