Hey there my friend,
Sounds like you are doing pretty good for yourself, dude, and I'm happy to hear that (so will the Adcom be). I think a 720 GMAT is great and there's no need for you to take your GMAT. A 720 is enough to get you into the best schools in the world. The question is what does the rest of your experience look like? Right know your biggest "disadvantage" is that you are applying with relatively little experience, and you may want to wait a year or two before applying to better your chances.
The other thins is your company. A lot will depend on how big/successful the Adcom perceives your company to be, and your application will be much stronger if the company is doing very well. So you know how your company is doing, and you might think about how to get an advantage there.
For schools the best schools for Tech are: Stanford, Haas, Anderson, Tepper, Marshall, McCombs, Georgia Tech, MIT… Lots of other schools which are good in general management can get you where you want to be, but this is a good start.
Best
