这个题我对正确答案没有异议~ 我的疑问在于，关于D选项OG的解释是“Beginning the sentence with the explanatory clause grownfrom seeds... gives it too much importance. It could be construed as the reason why heirloom tomatoes appear less appetizing, which is contrary to the truth. The sentence is also ungrammatical.”
如果Grown...放在句首和Grown...用两个逗号隔开，尽管都是修饰语，但是放在句首的时候更被强调。 可以这么理解吗？

可以这样理解。句子的位置变换，除了正确性以外，表示强调也是很重要的原因。
你想想倒装句，就是提前需要强调的部分来实现的。

但是只有表同时性的时候WHILE后才是V-ing形式，这里如果是表对比，应当接完整的句子才对...甚是疑惑

嗯，能不能跟ving的形式，只跟while的词性有关
无论是表示对比还是同时，while都是介词，不完整是因为省略了前面主语和谓语

不过，看了collins的例句还是觉得，大多数时候表同时性才用ing~
这个句子比较特殊吧，可能既表达了contrast也表达了同时

这里不表示同时=）

这里出现ving，只是因为平行的要求
因为第一个单词是sickness，所以后面的都需要名词性质

GMAT里面while的语义和at the same time 不重合~~记得在哪里看过~~
A是having修饰歧义
C at the same time修饰语位置错误/which 指代错误
D 同上/that错误  BUT违背平行
E having 修饰歧义 BUT违背平行
