November 15, 2013. Deadline for Division of Special Registration application for Special Students (SS) for spring semester 2014.

December 1, 2013 . Deadline for Biological and Biomedical Sciences (BBS). All applications must be submitted by this date and official standardized test scores should be received by this date to be considered by Yale for Fall 2014 admission.

December 15, 2013. Deadline for African American Studies (combined with History or Political Science), Chemistry, Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, Economics, History, Law, Political Science, Psychology and Public Health. All applications for these programs must be submitted by this date and official standardized test scores should be received by this date to be considered by Yale for Fall 2014 admission.

January 2, 2014. Deadline for all other departments*. All application must be submitted by this date. Official standardized test scores should be received to be considered by Yale for Fall 2014 admission. Applications cannot be submitted for any program of the Graduate School after this date.

普渡哥，下面是ASU对成绩单的要求：
official academic credentials
Your academic credentials must provide information on the courses you took each year and the grades/marks received.  Please do not send documents that cannot be easily replaced. Please do not send your intermediate or secondary education documents.

Any document ASU receives becomes property of ASU and will not be returned to you.

To process your application, all international records must be submitted in the original language accompanied by an official English translation. Translations must be literal, complete versions of the originals and must be translated by a university, government official or official translation service. You cannot do your own translation.

If your institution does not evaluate students on grades, but on periodic examinations, you will need to provide transcripts with the results of these examinations. If your institution provides annual mark sheets, all mark sheets must be submitted not just those for the final examination.

Along with your coursework, your degree must be verified with a diploma or degree certificate. We require official copies from the awarding institution with the date the degree was conferred. These must be accompanied with official translations.

Official academic credentials are issued by the registrar of the institution attended, bearing the seal of the institution and registrar’s or academic official’s signature

Verified true copies of credentials by a responsible official of the institution or educational representative of the country’s government or embassy. Each page must bear the verifying official signature and stamp
Certified copies by a recognized international education organization, such as U.S. Education Foundation, AMIDEAST, or the Institute for International Education
Note: Photocopies certified by a notary public are not official.

最后的两段是不是说：我的成绩单还有在读证明要去验证？仅仅学校盖个章还不行？
