简答说说我读越障的方法吧，希望能有些启发哈~
第一遍：基本不回视(除非我感觉我错过了很关键的一句话，会严重影响后面的理解，那么我会再回去把那句关键句稍微仔细读一下)；读完写回忆；
如果有时间的话进行第二遍：文章再读一遍，查单词或者仔细分析个别难句；与此同时，第二篇读文章就比较容易分辨出文章的一个逻辑构架。就是读完每段回想一下本段内容与在原文中的关系，就是说这一段写了什么？为什么要写这个？

不过说来惭愧，最近通常都只进行了第一遍，第二遍就水了...
