正确答案 E 的意思是Dutch economy和其他国家的economies 来比，

这里的比较对象我还不是很清楚，为什么不应该是ecnomy的增长速度来比呢

比如 I eat faster than you. 难道是I 和 you来比么，显然有歧义啊
应该是 I eat faster than you do. 才对

所以我觉得C 正确吧 have后面省略了grown，

求nn帮忙分析下。。

比较前后的名词得可以比啊。dutch economy当然不能和别的国家来比咯。

i eat apple faster than u. 这个例子里需要补出助动词。 i eat apple faster than u do.这样避免歧义。楼主明白啦？

我的意思是 原文的意思应该是Dutch economy的grow和 其他国家经济的grow来比吧

比较从句往往省略Verb，保留助动词或者情态动词，这样原句就是

For the last five years the Dutch economy has grown faster than have (grown) Britain, France, and Germany, and the unemployment rate has remained

比如 GWD-18 -Q31， 这里的did不能省略，就像原句 have(grown) 不能省略一样
Between 1990 and2000 the global economy grew more than it did during the 10,000 years from thebeginning of agriculture to 1950.

个人观点，E的意思就是Dutch Economy的grow和其它国家economies的grow作比较，这里省略了(have grown)而已，不存在歧义的问题。
C中的问题，第一，你不可能拿Dutch Economy的grow和其它国家的grow作比；Parallelism的要求：meaning,整体成分，结构都平行。 第二，省略的时候要么就省略所有的谓语成分要么不省，不可能留着一个助动词have。
