但C的過去完成式,我覺得怪怪的,根據句意,應該只要用過去式就能夠正確表達,用了過去完成式,應不需要表達他這個動作持續一段時間,這應只是陳述一個過去的事實而已???

二楼的解释it is known that中的it指代不明，其实这里的it is known that是固定用法，it指代后面的that从句；偶觉得A是正确的表达；

虽然it is known that...通常有人们都认为...的意思,但是A的when和B的had made不OK吧.
