1）one of后面跟谓语单数，若是从句则根据one前面修饰语来定是否用单数还是复数谓语

2）if the deal were是虚拟，必须用were,而不是was.

3）that includes是定语后置，修饰agreement.

这个定于后置也太奇怪了，Og里有没有相关的解释啊？

C. by them中的them有点指代不清，如2楼所述是investors，还是one of the potential investors 和First Interstate Bank

另外最主要的：if the deal were从意思上看只是修饰penalties，而不是be signed, 所以这里用虚拟be signed似乎有问题。

B的for buying错，they没指代，if后面是虚拟语气，was错
C的be sign有问题，因为前面没有require，order,suggest之类的动词
 而且如果是和后面的if一起表示虚拟的话，应该加上should
 此外最重要的问题是指代不清，they不知道是指代investors 还是指代investor+Bank
 语法上倾向前者，因为investors是唯一可以sign的复数，但是并购的合约是要双方
 sign的，所以指代不清。A就避免了这个问题

在虚拟语气的从句中,动词'be'的过去时态一律用"were",不用was, 即在从句中be用were代替。

同意这个对A的解释 另外C不对 不在于them的问题 个人认为them指代investors没有什么不妥的 应该是with的用法改变了句子的意思 原句中that includes a provision.........是做agreement的定语 而在C中with a provsion..........却有作状语修饰be signed的歧义

句意是王道。
同意LSMM所言，原句定从保留更贴切。
另外，在不推崇被动的ETS规则中，如果用被动往往都是为了避免动作施动者的歧义，如A所示，目的还是一个：清晰地表达句意。。C中be signed再加上by them就有点画蛇添足了。

我觉得SC训练的就是如何清晰准确地表达句意，无逻辑错误。
