1）with 和 without 有区别么？
2）有哪些情况下需要逻辑主语一致？（除了分句省略主谓，V-ING. V-ED）
3） with expanses of green suburban neighborhoods where there is no hunting   为什么是 there is ??

with no A, 强调了A是没有的，语气更强烈吧。without更多表示一种状态？我猜测的。
考虑成分修饰的是哪个名词。就好了。
第三点表示不才。。

1)with和without感觉在这里其实差不多，这里的考点是为了避免歧义介词都要补出；
2）这个太广泛了，不敢妄加总结，但是感觉只要之间有从属或者比较关系的，都需要逻辑主语要对等（不一定一致，但是性质和概念上要是一个大类的）；
3）there be句型包括it做placeholder的句型，其主语都不是真正意义上的主语，因此句子的谓语除了根据句意做判断外，一般都是往后找。比如这句话的从句正常语序是 No hunting is where【=in which（neighborhoods）】，no hunting做主语其谓语只能是单数

我暂时总结出的几个initial modifier:
1) -ed， n
2)-ing, n (或介短+Ing）
3)adj., n
4) n, n
5) unlike/ based on 这一类的。也可以归到adj,吧~不过我觉得这个用得比较多就单独归类咯~

这题出的不好。with expansion of 。。。没啥问题，但with no nature predators和主语应该有逻辑关系，也就是说主语应该是deer，而不是officials或New Jersey，deer population也有点勉强。

哈~确实~ 不过按RON的话，我们在GMAT的游戏场就该遵从它的规则。尽量从答案里挖掘有用的知识点就好了是么呢~

我来回答一下第三点吧

第三点；with 作原因状语； （因为没有食肉动物和宽阔的……）鹿的数目已经超过……
【我认为翻译的时候应该调整顺序以符合我们的习惯---因为绿色郊区广阔，又没有食肉动物，官员估计鹿如的数目已经超过……】
我感觉这里没有丝毫的不妥啊!     对照一下；
因为没有太阳，所以我不想出门   VS   因为没有太阳，所以我的衣服干不了。后一句怎么就不行呢？   为什么鹿的数目作主语就不好？这和gmat的规则有什么关系？
there is no hunting 用is 因为动名词no hunting作主语啊! 如果是为什where there is 这也只是个普通的从句套了个there be。我觉得用的很当，不然自己造个句子where we cannot find hunting? where hunting disapear ?…… where no hunting being there ?你自己可以试一下看看能否比人家造的更好呢？
